- How many people come with the van?
- Two, as standard, for large or awkward items — booked in from the start, not offered as an on-the-day upsell.
- Will I get a time window, or just a day?
- A real time window, confirmed in writing before payment, with live tracking from the moment your item is collected.
- Do you deliver across the whole of the UK?
- Mainland Great Britain, UK-wide, routed from Birmingham. We don't currently cover islands, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Scotland's Highlands.
- How do I book a collection from an eBay or auction listing?
- Send the listing reference and the seller's address when you book. Collection happens straight from that address, checked against the listing before it leaves.
- What if it's just one item, not a full house?
- You don't need a full removal for a single piece — a chair, a mattress, a single box — it gets its own one-piece, one-van booking.
